He serves as the Director of Imam Ahmed Raza Academy, Bareilly, an institution dedicated to preserving and promoting the teachings of Aala Hazrat Imam Ahmad Raza Khan (رحمہ اللہ) through research, publications, education, and scholarly outreach.

Mufti Salman Khan Razvi Misbahi is a respected Islamic scholar known for his deep commitment to traditional Sunni scholarship and community service. He currently serves as the Principal of Madarsa Yadgar-e-Muhammadi Husaini, Maudaha, Hamirpur, where he has played a pivotal role in strengthening academic standards and promoting a balanced, research-oriented approach to Islamic education.

He is also the President of Tahreek Ulma-e-Bundelkhand, Maudaha Unit, through which he actively works to unite scholars, address community issues, and guide the younger generation towards constructive, ethical, and spiritually grounded leadership.

Mufti Muhammad Shareef Azhari

Mufti Muhammad Shareef Azhari is a distinguished Islamic scholar renowned for his academic excellence and deep grounding in classical Islamic sciences. He completed his specialization in Hadith Studies from the prestigious Al-Azhar University, Cairo, one of the world’s oldest and most respected centers of Islamic learning. Prior to this, he graduated from Jamia Ashrafiya, Mubarakpur, where he excelled in traditional Dars-e-Nizami studies and developed a strong foundation in Fiqh, Hadith, and Arabic literature.

Mufti Muhammad Shareef Azhari currently serves as a Faculty Member at Jamia Islamia Raunahi, Faizabad, where he is actively engaged in teaching, training students in advanced Islamic jurisprudence, and guiding them in the principles of moderate, research-based scholarship. His work reflects a blend of traditional scholarship and contemporary understanding, making him a respected figure among students and fellow scholars.

Mufti Masha Allah Khan Jamei Barkaati

Mufti Masha Allah Khan Jamei Barkaati is a dedicated Islamic scholar, Hafiz of the Qur’an, and a graduate of Jamia Islamia Raunahi, Faizabad. He began his sacred journey of knowledge by memorizing the Holy Qur’an at the renowned Darul Uloom Nizamiya, Delhi. He later completed his studies in Qira’at, Dars-e-Nizami (Aalimiyyat), and Fazeelat from Jamia Islamia Raunahi, one of India’s distinguished centers of Sunni scholarship.

For higher specialization, he pursued Takhassus fi’l-Fiqh wa’l-Ifta at the respected Markaz-e-Tarbiyat-e-Ifta, Ojha Ganj, Basti, gaining expertise in Hanafi jurisprudence and contemporary fiqhi issues. He also benefited from the academic and research-oriented environment of Al-Barkaat Institute, Aligarh.

Mufti Masha Allah Khan is known for his strong command over Fiqh-e-Hanafi, Usul-e-Ifta, and his thoughtful, evidence-based approach to fatwa writing grounded in the Qur’an, Hadith, classical Hanafi texts, and the needs of modern society. He also actively serves the community through khitabat, imamat, and social reform, awakening religious consciousness among youth and guiding the public on emerging challenges in light of Sunni scholarship.

Mufti Muhammad Shahid Ali Misbahi is a distinguished Islamic scholar, researcher, and leading voice of Sunni Hanafi jurisprudence in India. He currently serves as the Director of the All India Fatwa Board, where he oversees scholarly activities, provides guidance on contemporary legal-ethical matters, and supervises the issuance of authoritative fatwas rooted in classical Hanafi principles.

A graduate of the esteemed Al-Jamiatul Ashrafiya, Mubarakpur, Mufti Shahid Ali Misbahi is widely respected for his deep expertise in Fiqh-e-Hanafi, his clarity of thought, and his ability to connect traditional scholarship with the needs of modern society. His writings reflect intellectual depth, balanced reasoning, and a commitment to the preservation and propagation of Sunni Barelvi scholarship.

In addition to his academic work, he is the Chairman of Tahreek Ulema-e-Bundelkhand, through which he leads initiatives to unite scholars, promote Islamic education, and address socio-religious challenges in the region. Known for his balanced perspectives and research-driven approach, he has been actively engaged in promoting constructive dialogue, social reform, and educational empowerment within the community.

He has contributed extensively to national discourse through his writings, lectures, and policy engagement, addressing themes such as constitutional values, communal harmony, youth leadership, and the evolving role of Muslims in modern India. His work reflects a strong commitment to moderation, inclusivity, and the intellectual traditions of India’s pluralistic society.

Dr. Quadri is widely appreciated for his ability to bridge classical Islamic scholarship with modern socio-political realities, making him a respected figure among scholars, students, and community leaders. His initiatives continue to inspire youth toward education, civic responsibility, and nation-building. Currently he is the National Convener of the Muslim Youth Organisation of India and Chairman of the Muslim Students Organisation. He is also serving as the deputy director of Indo Islamic Heritage Center.
